If you are having concerns with thoughts about an event,
a traumatic event that you've had,
that you don't want to have,
maybe problems with nightmares, or someone else is telling you
that they're worried about you or your anger,
you may have some issues with your relationships,
my one advice to you would be to try.
Come into treatment
or to come in for a PTSD assessment interview.
Meet a clinician face to face, learn what your options are,
learn what treatment is.
Be able to make that decision for yourself
and know what options you have available.
If you choose to go into treatment,
the benefits that are there are great.
