If anyone suggests to you that you

take medication in order to help you with your symptoms,

I say do it.

And I say do it because if you were to break your arm,

the doctor says, "Let's put you in a cast."

And you'd say, "Yes."

And the doctor says, "Let's have an anti-inflammatory

"medication and it will help you."

And you're gonna say yes to it.

PTSD is no different.

PTSD sometimes needs a little help with therapy.

Medications do not necessarily mean all the time.

It doesn't mean for the rest of your life.

It means it gives you a helping hand

to get you over that hump and able to focus,

continue with therapy and have the life that you deserve.
