A lot of the soldiers will say it's a weakness

to go get the help but, in a way you can also turn that around

and say you're being weak by not going in and getting the help.

If you're having the issues and you're having family troubles,

in a sense, I hate to use this word, you know,

"man up" and get the help.

Because it will, you know, if you love your family

and your family is saying, "Geez,

something is definitely wrong," you know, go get the help.

It's definitely worth doing and taking

that step to get in there.
