Aw, soldiers.
The best advice I think I have
is to make sure
that when that one right person
comes along in your life,
that you don't miss that opportunity.
You become a better person,
become a stronger person
and learn how to be a survivor.
That one person who
doesn't judge or criticize,
that one person who will
listen when it's appropriate
and talk when it's needed.
Find that one right person
you can connect with.
Learn how to trust that person,
learn how to open up to that person.
The life I've led since that day,
has been the most rewarding
thing I've ever had
and it all started with
that one right person.
