The mind is the most underrated weapon,
and I think it could be your best friend,
or it could be your worst enemy.
Being a professional athlete, overcoming things mentality
is the only way to overcome things physically.
I think that therapy has made me both a stronger fighter
and a better father, and a better husband, and a better friend.
It just helped me overall, and I think that if people
could understand that and be optimistic about things
and be open to try, to try to put themselves out there,
I think they'll experience what I experienced
and let themselves be helped.
