A lot of soldiers are Infantry and they're too proud to deal

with what they're feeling inside.

Don't be too proud, because it's proud and it's strong of you

to deal with those feelings because it's not an easy thing.

So that takes strength in itself

and it's not dishonorable to do that.

You're gonna be a better person for your family,

your relationships, your employer, all of that stuff

and just by learning the tools.

If anything, just go to learn the tools

because the tools are gonna help you.

If you're not ready to deal with the trauma,

I can totally understand that 'cause some people aren't

and I can relate to that in a way 'cause I haven't dealt

with all my traumas but I've dealt

with a good majority of them.

But I've also learned tools of a better way of thinking

and a better way of looking at things and a better way

of dealing with those traumas.

And you have to bring them out to deal with them.

You can't leave them stuffed forever 'cause eventually,

it's gonna wear you down and affect you.
