I know it's frightening.

Maybe even terrifying, but I guarantee you,

what's probably going on in your head

is a lot more terrifying than

the actual process of getting it out.

Those memories'll haunt us unless we get them out,

unless we take control of it.

And, it's possible.

Just takes a lot of hard work,

a lot of dedication and commitment,

but that's something as a soldier you know.

You've been there. You've done that.

You've given that kind of dedication.

So, it's nothing you haven't already done.

It's nothing that you can't do again.
