It's not really about what everybody else thinks. It's about staying true to yourself.

Well there are a lot of Veterans that believe in some

of the stigmas or let some of the stigmas bother them.

They're worried about exposure.

But it's not really about what everybody else thinks.

It's about staying true to yourself and really wanting

to live and move forward and enjoy life again.

When you second guess everything and give the power away

to everybody else, you're not going to be able to heal

and move forward at all and you're going to be stuck

in the same situation.

So I mean, you have to make yourself vulnerable.

You have to put yourself out there.

You have to believe in yourself and love yourself first

because obviously you're still here, you're still living.

So why not live, why not get in and take care

of yourself and move forward?
