I want to pay it forward.
I wouldn't of even thought of going into treatment
and doing Prolonged Exposure therapy had I not had
other Veterans that I knew from my groups and stuff
tell me about their journeys and how it was helping them,
no matter how difficult it was.
And I could see how difficult it was in their face,
like you probably can see in my mine,
but now I want to be the person to tell you that it's worth it.
It's hard.
It's not easy, but you won't be alone,
and it definitely is worth it, especially if you have a family.
