It's worth it to just take a couple of steps

to just even allow yourself to envision

how different your life could be if you weren't just coping,

if you weren't just trying to get by the day-to-day,

but to just re-imagine that you actually can have that sense of

who you were before or develop a new sense of

who you are, now, given what you've been through,

and recognizing all of the strengths

and all the resilience that have been part of getting to who,

even you to where you are today.

So I think it's normal to feel the way you feel.

It's actually the way most people feel, and just coming in,

talking to someone, seeing what it's like,

maybe it may actually change some of your premonitions

about what it's going to be like, and it may be what you need

to do to get yourself to that place

where you're really living your life

and you're not just coping.
