It's hard to admit when you have it.

It's very hard.

You don't want to admit it because you'll sound like,

it's like a sign of weakness.

You're not strong enough, you're not made

for this, cannot handle stress.

And that's what you think and you don't want people to look

at you like that so you put it on the back of your mind

but it keeps building up and building up and building up.

You're having problems left and right.

You don't know what's going on.

You think it's you.

I thought I was crazy.

That's how it is.

It's weird.

It's not good.
