Therapy's going to teach you

or show you how to put everything in perspective.

If you feel like

you want to commit suicide,

or you feel as if you're worthless,

you feel as if nothing ever goes right for you,

the therapy will change that all around.

It'll show you that you are worth something,

that you are a good person,

that you have the means and the tools

to be able to change your life around

and be a self-sufficient, worthwhile person.

And it'll,

it'll just make your life a lot better.
