I would say about the men who survived the Korean mess,

they behaved a lot like I did.

They kind of kept it to themselves, didn't brag about it,

didn't talk about it very much because if they had,

it would have been held against them

when they came up for promotion and career development.

So, we paid a pretty good penalty for carrying PTSD with us

all those years between the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
