what it helps you do is it helps you slowly break free

of the claws of that trauma so that you are not controlled,

your life isn't controlled by that memory, by those memories.

And you can begin to slowly expand your world

and include the activities you haven't been doing for a while,

go to places you haven't been going for a while,

and be with the people you haven't been with for a while.
