It had a pretty significant impact in my interaction with folks.

I think that the

PTSD and for me head trauma

did take a toll on my family life, my business, everything.

I think that for me cognitively,

which I presume relates largely to the head trauma,

I feel substantially reduced.

I've had to put a lot of systems in place

and people in place

to manage my scheduling, tell me where to be,

tell me what to do.

One of my few skills is strategic thinking.

I still have the ability to think strategically,

but my memory

is very different.

I'm functioning at a much smaller percentage

than I used to

with respect to memory.

Stress...

I know when I first came back,

stress was a huge issue for me;

how it affected me or shut me down or

how I failed to manage stress properly,

and through interaction with others

that definitely had impact.

So, I think with the deployment issues for me and with

perhaps PTSD,

I think our business was reduced by

probably 40% over the ensuing years.

We're building the business back up, but it's

had a pretty significant impact

in my interaction with folks.
