It doesn't matter how long you've been this way.

The main thing I want to tell you is that

no matter how long you've been suffering,

and no matter how silently you've been suffering,

and no matter how much you think

that you have it under control and no one can tell,

you can be happier, and you can be a more effective person.

You can struggle less with anger and other things like that

if you seek treatment.

And it doesn't matter how long you've been this way.

I was this way for the better part of 40 years.

And I'm still working on coming back.

And I don't know how far is possible,

but I know it's possible to feel ever so much better than I did

when I entered treatment because it's happened to me.

And if I can enter treatment after suffering for so long

and begin to feel better, I know that you can, too.
