If you're thinking about coming into the VA system

or if you're wondering if you have PTSD,

some of the things you might think about are if you've been

on guard most of your life

since you've had this traumatic event happen to you,

or if you startle easily, if you have a lot of nightmares,

or if you have trouble maintaining relationships or jobs,

all of these could be signs that you do have PTSD.

And it doesn't hurt to come in and get checked out.
