Having that community is

everything because you
don't feel as alone.

So there's an analogy
I like to use.

It's, you know,

when you're really struggling
with PTSD and depression

and anxiety, it feels like
you're in a hole.

It feels like you dug yourself

so far deep in a hole
and you can't even see the,

you know, the top of the hole
anymore.

It's just complete darkness.

And when you have that community
to fall back on, it feels like

everyone's in that hole with you
trying to help you get out

and you know you need that
because in life,

an important thing
about life is teamwork.

And, you know,
making sure you have people,

really good people
with high morals,

the same as you, by your side,
to help you get through anything

in life.
