I'm getting a really good night's sleep almost every night.

I do sleep better.

I now only have the occurring nightmare maybe two

and the worst time, three times a week.

And when I do have this nightmare, I'm able to go back

to sleep afterwards which is a big thing.

So now I'm getting a really good night's sleep almost

every night.

And like I said and when I wake up with these dreams,

it's always the same dream of course, but when I wake

up I'm able to realize, "You know what?

It's a dream.

It's not as bad as I thought."

And now I wake up, I don't even wake up my wife

so it's another good thing

so she's getting a whole night of sleep as well.

So having said that, we've done a lot of work

and we're going forward.
