I'm a different person because I decided that, yeah, I need help.

Donald Sullivan (US Army, 1969 - 1970) talks about how PTSD treatment can help.

I have two young kids and I have two older kids.

I'm able to deal with my younger kids in a much different manner.

If my older kids come over to the house and we're sitting

around talking and one of my younger kids does something,

they'll be sitting there waiting,

just waiting for me to explode.

I don't. And they can't believe it.

But I'm a different person, an entirely different person.

I'm a different person because I decided that, yeah, I need help.

I will go through and do the difficult things

that need to be done.

At the time I wasn't sure I wanted to continue.

Now I am so happy that I was able to keep myself focused

and keep going and get myself to the point where I'm at now.
