If I never got treatment,

I honestly believe that

I would be in prison or dead

because I've done

everything else.

Those are

the only two options left.

So because the judge

looked at me and said,

I'm going to let you do

treatment in lieu of conviction,

but if you fail one drug test,

if you miss one court

appointment,

if you skip on your appeal once,

I'm giving you the max,

which would have been

about nine years in prison

because each felony

was a three year

sentence and I had three.

So yeah, I would have done

nine years in prison.

And I don't know if I would

have made it through that.

Three months in jail

was more than enough

for me to say,

I never want to go back there.
