The CPT treatment helped me realize who I really was,
and I would never be any better unless
I release the things of my past.
The decisions I made were not wrong decisions.
They were decisions I made,
and I need to let go of those, you know, that past.
The most important thing about PTSD, it helps me analyze
my past and come to grips that the things that I've done.
And the decisions I've made, whether it was as a child or in
the military, were the decisions I have to accept and move on.
Nobody has the ability to go back and change your past,
but you can always make your present and future better.
