I would go out of my way
to avoid any kind

of a conflict

with anybody in the office,
a lot of times to

my detriment.

This type of behavior of
avoiding conflict

with certain people and not
being able to

speak with them

necessarily in the most
cooperative way,

and to be defensive
quite often,

these things were
not normal.

And that's where I
really knew

that I had to get
some assistance.

And collectively, I've come
to call those kind

of behaviors,

career limiting behaviors,
because I was stuck

in this rut

and could not get
out of it.

It made me push forward to
see how I could resolve it

with someone, and it
really took some help.
