Push yourself to go to the PTSD clinics,
get yourself some counseling, get yourself some medication.
Do not be, do not feel that you have to feel bad
because you have to have a little medication
to keep you level during the day.
Life is hard enough as it is without PTSD
and I think it's 100 times harder with PTSD.
So get you some medication.
Find the medication that works for you.
I went through five
or six different medications before I found the one
that helps me out.
I just take one little half pill every morning
and I'm good to go.
I'm good to go.
