I was scared. He was still on the ship. I didn't know what would happen.

I was very fortunate to have a friend

that was an officer on another ship

and I let him know what happened.

And he allowed me to move in with him

and his family and his kids

until my time of service was up.

I think that I didn't
disclose to those on my ship,

I was just afraid, I was scared.
