I was really,

really, really supported by
having a really good therapist

and that therapist
was able to talk to me.

Well,

if these are
the things that you value,

you've shared those values
with me.

We articulate these values
because of the leadership

training that I had received.

What happens
if you don't feel like you're

meeting those values?

And that was really,

I think, my first investigation
into what that meant.

And it's hard it's
hard to have that journey.

You've got your outside
noise, your family life,

your work life, whatever it is
that you do in your day to day.

And then you've got the quiet
moments.

For me, the most difficult part

is always that space, that quiet
right before I fall asleep.

Your eyes are closed,
I'm drifting off.

And that I'm still slightly
conscious is where

the monsters under the
bed kind of come out for me.
