A lot of people don't know that a lot of troops
took kids to school in Iraq.
That was never shown on the media side,
and we got really close and attached to the kids of Iraq.
And that was a big thing for me, was watching a kid
be there one day and not be there the next.
So when I got home, it's hard for me to be around
younger kids because of the memories.
But with doing this kind of treatment
it's getting easier and easier, just step by step.
I used to never walk past schools, elementary schools,
when the kids were there, and now I can, kind of.
Well, I walk across the other side of the street, getting there.
