It affected a lot.

I think the affect was
more on me than on them,

because they had no idea
what I was doing,

but in the back of
my mind I did.

And always kept trying to
get around it, you know?

Stress can, stress does
not help PTSD at all.

I learned that
later on in life.

But the military, many
times, can be a very,

very stressful life.

So I try to,

to take it home.
