I thank God for the

VA and anybody I know I pushed

to the domiciliary I'm like,

hey this helped me.

Now it's not,

there's no guarantee

it's going to help you.

But this is a first step

if you can get into that

treatment.

Because I think

getting into the treatment,

to be able to realize

that you have a

problem is huge.

Because once you

get over that hill,

I think everything else

kind of becomes a little easier

each time. It's kind of like

muscle memory once you do.

So if you do ten pushups today,

you know, maybe tomorrow

you can do 11, maybe the day

after that you can do 12.

You just build yourself

up, build yourself up, and then,

you know,

with all the different therapies

and all the different

classes and groups and

programs

that they have out there

that they use,

just get as many tools

that you can

and just keep getting better

and better and better, you know,

and I guarantee it,

I would bet my life on this.

If you do those things,

you get the help.

You get better. You get on

that road to recovery.

Life is going to get

better and better every day.
