What kept me from getting treatment

in the first place was one was not knowing that I had it.

And then once I found out that I had access to treatment,

the second thing was I still had the same mentality from being

in the military where I wasn't gonna go out to seek help

because the idea was that I needed a shrink

or that I needed to go see a shrink.

And that that whole idea, the thought of that,

regardless being out of the military it was kind

of still with me.

So it took time.

Eventually I just said, "Well, you know,

I'm not in military anymore so I'm just gonna do what I have

to do to go get better."
