I need help and I'm not a bad person for asking for help.

I ve joined a group of Veterans who discuss anything

and everything under the sun except religion,

politics and war service.

And these guys have just brought me around 180 degrees as well

as the clinician that I deal with at the VA.

She has helped me dramatically.

I wouldn't be here without her.

And I wouldn't have met her or these guys or any

of the other Veterans that I deal with if it had not been

for that, looking for help and going through the VA

and saying, "You know what?

I need help and I'm not a bad person for asking for help."
