The point at therapy where I
knew that I was no longer at war

myself was when I was able
to talk about my experience

and not have a complete
panic attack and break down.

You know,

once I learned how to,

you know, accept what happened

and move forward
with my life and,

you know, learn how to manage
all of those symptoms.

And, you know, it's not that

I'm not saying
you're going to go to therapy

and you're just going to
wake up every day

and you're

and you're going
to have no more traumas

and it's going to be
completely fine.

You know, you learn to manage
all of your emotions and

and honestly, the therapy,
it helped me

heal from my past so I could,
you know, prepare for my future.
