I just knew that I wanted help.

I didn't expect them to diagnose me with PTSD, but when they did,

I wasn't surprised either.

I wasn't afraid.

I just knew that I wanted help and that if I wanted to reach

to goals that I had set for myself in the future,

that I would have to take care of whatever it was I was dealing

with first before I could move on.
