Moral injury, it's all shame,
guilt, anger,

You know, it's...

it's painful.

It really is painful.

It's a - it's a struggle
to wake up every single day

knowing, like, all the pain and,

you know, even if you
if you can even sleep at that

because, you know,
sleeping was not for me,

You know,
I couldn't sleep at all.

So it just felt like constantly
my mind was racing.

I had like stabbing pains
in my chest, like I couldn't

breathe correctly
and everything.

I just

yeah, I just felt
so guilty because,

you know, I felt like everyone
I lost, it was all my fault.

I put all that blame on myself
because that’s my moral compass.
