Transcript

With regard to my kids, I had a high functioning period of time

until the triggering event happened.

By then, I was already a mom and I had to be a mom

and I was suffering from a triggering event that kind

of spiraled into a pretty much big breakdown for me.

So, with my family, there was a period of time

after that breakdown where I had to kind of just,

I woke up every day and it was like I woke up in my bed

and I would open one eye and I would be like, "Ugh.

Again? I'm still here?"

You know, really depressed.

But I had to go downstairs and I had to make breakfast for them

and I had to start getting my bearings again

because what happened was, I was shaken to my core.
