It was difficult that first time going
because I didn't think I really needed it.
I didn't want to.
I was not looking forward to going
and talking to anybody about it.
But once I got there and spoke with the counselor,
I felt better when I left that day.
I had already felt better after the first session.
So I continued to go to my weekly counseling sessions
and then after they went into every couple of weeks.
And it's definitely hard to face it at first,
you know, to get there.
But once you do it, you'll be happy that you did it.
