I was extremely worried about
receiving treatment for my PTSD.
I had worked so hard
and spent so many years
trying to bury
all of those memories.
And the VA said, no, we want to
bring those all right back up.
And that scared
the crap out of me.
I didn't know
if I was going to be able
to handle it, quite honestly.
