I was driving down the freeway and the photo radar went off.
And the photo radar, to me, looks just like an IED.
So that was my A, that was my experience.
This photo radar went off and I felt scared, I felt nervous.
I almost swerved into the lane next to me,
which meant I almost got myself killed.
What ended up changing from that is,
I filled out ABCs on that one,
what ended up changing is I don't usually
drive during rush hour anymore.
Not really that I can't, it's just
I hate driving when it's so crowded.
And just understanding my emotions
as far as what would push me to that point
meant that I could take steps to change the way
that I dealt with things in my everyday life.
