I'm not ashamed of telling people
that I have the PTSD because I do.
And it's not good.
When you accept it, I guess, everything is easier.
It is easier for me to accept it.
I can get along with my kids and I like that.
Thanks to the medication and my wife is a lot of help,
she's the strong one behind everything.
Yeah, it's good to wanting to get help when you have PTSD.
It's not an easy life.
It's very stressful.
It's very confusing.
I mean, I know people that wanted to end their life
because of it, because they didn't know what was going on.
They had no answers to their problems or questions.
But I'm lucky I did, late, but at least I got it.
I feel a lot better.
