I can do a lot of things
that I couldn't do before.

I still have moments where,

something snaps

or something builds
up or whatever.

I accept life a lot easier.

I'm more tolerant
of people.

I don't, I don't get as
angry as I used to

just because

some little stupid
thing happens.

I can cook things that I,

I don't even think
about them anymore.

And it's okay.

Or I can smell things, and
the smell will, it's okay.

It's there, I know it.

It may be a second that
will flash back to,

oh God, you're back here.

Doesn't last.

It doesn't last.

I know where to go, I
know what to think.

And I just, they helped
me take control of my mind

and my body, and I am
very appreciative of that.

Very.
