I can control my anger…

Jerry Boggess (US Army, 1962 - 1986) talks about how PTSD treatment can help.

Transcript

I thought that treatment
helped me in the fact that

I can control myself
a lot better.

I can control my anger.

I just feel I have
control of my body.

Not all the times, but I
have more control

than I did before.

I still don't sleep good at
night, but I accept that.

And the biggest ace that
I have is in my billfold.

I have the card with my
therapist's phone number,

and she has told me
I can call at any time,

day or night.

I've came close.

I've came real close.

But I haven't had
to call her.

She must've done her job.
