I attend the Here and Now group at the VA clinic.
It's on Monday mornings,
and we're all Vietnam combat Veterans.
And it's not like we're talking about war, we're talking about
our emotions, we're talking about our family,
we're talking about our lives, we're talking about anger.
We laugh a lot, we cry because one of the biggest things
that we have, that we're angry about, is that
our youth was taken away from us, and for what?
We ask ourselves, "For what?"
I describe that, "Boy, I had everything going for me
until I went to Vietnam."
