He or she will not force you in any way, shape or form.

Arthur Jefferson (US Army, 1978 - 1998) talks about what PTSD treatment was like.

Transcript

He or she will not force you in any way, shape, or form.

You are relaxed.

They're not trying to push you.

They are just there to allow you to take your time

and to come out and explain.

And one of the things that is so fascinating about it

is that at any point in time you can say,

"OK, I don't want to talk about it no more."

You can do that.

They won't be angry with you, and they will let you know that.

At any point in time when you are ready

to stop talking about it, "It's fine.

And we can pick back up where we left off at."

There's no pressure on you at all, none whatsoever.

But if you want closure, if you want closure,

I have to elaborate, if you want closure

and want to be able to get your life back

to where you was comfortable with it

and even your family, just try it.

There's no pressure on you at all.

You can't lose, is what I'm saying.

You cannot lose with this program.

I guarantee you that you cannot lose.
