He asks me how I feel about things, now.
It's not so much as he's talking at me, anymore, he talks to me.
We hold conversations like adults, and it's not so much as,
"I'm the parent, you're the child.
You listen to what I have to say, and what I say goes."
It's not like that anymore.
We can have conversations.
We can just call each other up and, "Hey, let's do lunch.
I got out of class early."
Or, "Hey, I'm coming by the house,"
or whatever the case may be.
It started with our relationship,
and I noticed it with his patience.
As I said before, him and my stepmother,
they don't get along too well.
So his patience with her, I noticed,
that had a lot to do with it because like I said,
he would get upset and just go from zero to 60,
but he's been a lot more patient.
His attitude is just fabulous, now.
