Having a little bit of empathy...

Nathan Ball, Husband of a Veteran with PTSD, shares advice for people who may be concerned about PTSD.

Transcript

Educating yourself and then really truly

trying to understand where that person's coming from.

PTSD, I think, for a lot of people

can be a very helpless feeling.

And they feel bad, and they feel sad that they can't

do anything about certain things that they're affected by.

So just having a little bit of that empathy

and trying to understand where they're coming from

and what's going on inside, that's what I feel like

has helped me the most.
