To have joint

substance abuse therapy

with PTSD to me

was the best combination.

I had no idea at this age

how my relationship with

alochol had developed.

I was so oblivious

to how much I was drinking,

how it was affecting me,

what I was using it for

because it had been

just years, just years.

I think I am able to

have a better relationship

with alcohol now.

I am more aware of

my triggers

and my dangers with alcohol.
