Going through the treatment [and] learning more about myself...has absolutely benefited me at work.

Ayla Bennett (US Army, 2004-Present) explains how the skills she learned in treatment have made a positive impact in her work.

Transcript

Going through the

treatment with PTSD,

alcohol, learning

more about myself,

learning more about

skills and tools to help me

be a better

human being, has absolutely

benefited me at work

and in my job.

I'm able to recognize

warning signs in others.

I am able to catch on to

subliminal cries

for help in others

and work with people

using the tools

that I've learned in my

personal life with them as well.

And it's helped to create

bonds that I don't think

I would have been

able to create.

So being able to be

such a thorough,

well-rounded leader at work

has also been a motivation

of mine to work on myself.
