Don't do what most of us Vietnam guys did, and that was to

take 15, 20 years before we started to, became willing to

seek some help and ask for help.

It is there for you, and I know it's a struggle.

But there's, I don't know, 56,000 names on the Wall

in the Vietnam Memorial and they figure that three times

that many died in car accidents, overdoses, suicides, and

that is the culmination of not getting help, not seeking help.

You need to go to the outreach centers, the VA, and tell them,

"I need some help," and it will be there for you.
