My advice to any veteran

that thinks that they
got something going on,

as far as PTSD or have any
uneasy feelings

about anything
that's happened,

no matter it be

anything you saw in
a combat zone

or a military sexual trauma

or anything,

go get help.

Go get help.

It might take you a
while to find a therapist

that you feel
comfortable with.

It took me 12 years.

But go get help.

It will change your life.
