The advice I'd give to
other veterans
is to listen to themselves,
listen to their heart,
listen to their friends
and those that are
maybe recommending
that they seek out
treatment.
And understand that
it's relatively normal.
The things we've
been through
are not things that other,
most people go through,
and it's okay to take issue
with some of the things
that we dealt with,
or with things we've done,
and all that.
Not understand them,
and not maybe,
and not wanna feel
the emotions
and all that that
might bring.
That's relatively normal
for some of the things
that we've been through.
So I'd recommend
talking to someone,
speaking to other veterans
if you can reach out
to groups in your area,
talking to them.
Look at, go to
the websites,
go to, look at all the
different stories
on the websites.
It's, there's a lot of
material out there
that can help you make
your decision.
For me personally,
it was the best decision
I made getting treatment,
and I know many
other veterans
who benefited from
treatment.
So it's not one
shoe fits all,
or one size fits all.
It's a lot of different
treatments out there,
and maybe something
will work for you
like it worked for me.
